About Centrum

Senior integration leadership, built for execution.

We help leadership teams turn acquisition strategy into a practical integration plan, then stay close to the work until value is delivered.

What We Believe

Integration is where deal value is won or lost.

The strongest integrations combine pace with discipline: clear decisions, visible accountability, pragmatic governance and relentless focus on value. Centrum is designed to provide that leadership without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

Our operating principles

  • Senior-led from mobilisation through delivery
  • Practical governance with clear decision rights
  • Value tracking connected to the deal thesis
  • Functional leaders supported, not displaced
  • Fast escalation of risks and dependencies
  • Repeatable methods that improve with every deal
How We Work

An extension of the leadership team.

Our role is not to sit outside the business and report on progress. We work alongside executives and functional owners, helping them make decisions, remove blockers and execute the integration plan.

Paul Comerford

Integration Director

Paul Comerford brings more than three decades of experience leading technology transformation, operational integration, and managed service programmes for multinational organisations. His unique combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, commercial strategy, and executive management enables him to successfully deliver complex integration programmes where business, technology, suppliers, and customers must be brought together into a single operating model.

Paul has extensive experience designing and implementing integration strategies that support mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing programmes, service transitions, and organisational change. He works with executive stakeholders to define future-state operating models, integrate service organisations, rationalise technology platforms, consolidate suppliers, and establish governance structures that enable long-term operational success.

Throughout his career, Paul has transformed multiple IT support and managed service organisations by integrating disparate teams, standardising service delivery, introducing new operating procedures, and improving customer experience through modern service management practices. His programmes have consistently delivered operational efficiencies, reduced costs, improved service performance, and strengthened customer satisfaction while supporting wider business integration objectives.

Having held senior leadership positions with organisations including Unisys and BT, Paul understands that successful integration extends beyond technology. His focus is on bringing together people, culture, operational processes, commercial agreements, and service capabilities to create organisations that are stronger than the businesses that existed before integration. Supported by qualifications in Electronics, Computer Science, and an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Paul combines strategic thinking with practical delivery to ensure clients achieve sustainable business outcomes.
